Honey Pea Cupcakes originally started as a hobby and a dream. Before Honey Pea Cupcakes became the brand that it is today, the owner, Grace Pope, was creating unique cupcake designs for friends and family. The idea of constructing a business out of her craft seemed out of the realm at first. Once more requests came through, the idea of starting Honey Pea Cupcakes to be what it is today was born. In November 2022, Honey Pea Cupcakes officially launched to the public as open for business. 

So where does the name come from? Grace, has an adorable little Pomeranian Chihuahua mix named Honey who has been her inspiration for many trials and tribulations throughout the journey of turning what once was a mere hobby into a full-blown business. Thus it only seemed fitting to name the brand after her beloved little pup. As Grace's last name begins with the letter "P", naturally Honey's last would also begin with the letter "P." To incorporate both her name, her dog, and a sweet twist on the name, Honey Pea Cupcakes was the perfect choice for the name of the brand. 

As the brand has grown, and continues to grow, the number one piece of this journey that has been the motivation for it all has been the person behind the order. Each and every order is unique and different to the next. Every story, interaction, and personality from each of you is what gives us our purpose. The love and support shown time and time again from our customers is incredible. Without you all, there is no brand, no purpose, no making a big difference in small ways to each and every one of you. Southwest Florida is a cherished gem and Honey Pea Cupcakes wants nothing more than to contribute to the upstanding communities and families here.
